Job Description
Role: CTO
Location: Hybrid
Salary: £130K -£160K
Essential: 12+ years experience in technology & senior leadership roles
CTI is seeking to appoint a CTO for an upcoming iGaming provider.
Responsibilities:
– Formulate and execute the technology strategy to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
– Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to establish the technical roadmap and prioritise projects according to business goals.
– Lead the technical vision, encompassing architecture, design, and the execution of features.
– Assemble and oversee a compact technical team in Lisbon while collaborating with external agencies and development teams throughout Europe.
– Demonstrate substantial technical expertise within the poker and casino sector.
– Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities.
– Liaise with external vendors and technical leaders to effectively manage project activities and resources.
– Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
– Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of technical initiatives.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical team and across projects.
Requirements:
– 12+ years experience in leadership positions within the technology sector.
– Proven track record in a dynamic start-up environment, complemented by experience at the enterprise level.
– Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of cryptocurrency-based iGaming products, including Poker and Casino, across web and mobile platforms utilising blockchain technology.
– A strong background in the gaming industry is crucial.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling professional interactions with stakeholders.
– Demonstrated expertise in managing technology projects from conception to deployment.
– Skilled in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
– Adept at navigating the complexities of the gaming sector and regulatory requirements.
– Committed to staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
– Proven ability to lead teams in delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
