Role: Head of Operations (Payments)

Location: London/Hybrid

Salary: £120K-£140K

Essential: Recent experience within Banking or FinTech sectors

CTI is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.

Competencies:

– 15+ years’ experience in an operational leadership capacity within the highly regulated environments (Banking or FinTech)

– A solid history of successful project management, team scaling, and achieving exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on setting

– In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card schemes, and settlement processes

– Proven ability to lead significant change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and aligning new processes with organisational objectives and team strengths

– Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the implementation of customer-focused strategies

– Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising data to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiencies

– Experience in overseeing budgets and personnel within an operations division, ensuring optimal resource utilisation

– Proficient in addressing and resolving complex payment-related challenges

– Comprehensive understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC regulations and procedures

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels

– Proven capacity to excel in a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
