Role: SaaS Integration Manager (Payments)

Location: London/Hybrid

Salary: £90K+

CTI is seeking to appoint a SaaS Integration Manager for a leading payment service provider.

Competencies:

– 7+ years’ experience with delivery of SaaS solutions, at least 5 years of this, with Payments

– APIs experience

– Deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices

– Exceptional customer facing skills, contribute to RFP and presentations

– Experience with providing support to clients as and when needed

– Applied knowledge of Agile and SDLC

– Ability to lead strategic projects, manage risks and commitment to delivery on-time

– A proven record with launching integrations or products, in a matrix environment

– Ability to simplify and communicate technical solutions to tech and non-tech stakeholders

– A STEM degree
